Find out what the goods really cost at your warehouse — before you pay the factory
HS code, duty, import VAT, freight, port charges, delivery — as one figure per unit. The report ends with a concrete next step.
Make sure your Chinese supplier is a real company, not a front
We check the Chinese state register: does the company exist and in what status, paid-in capital, number of insured employees, export licence, whether the address matches. Plus sanctions lists. You get a traffic-light verdict and what to check next. This checks the paperwork, not the workshop — only an inspection shows the workshop.
Find 3–5 verified factories for your product
Prices, minimum order, lead times. For each one we say whether it is a manufacturer or a trader, and what it produced to prove compliance. No commission on your order.
Find out whether someone registered your brand in China before you did
In China a trademark goes to whoever files first — quite often your own supplier. We check the Chinese, EU and WIPO registers, the Chinese-character spelling, China's customs register and your supplier contract. You get a traffic-light verdict and a filing plan. We are not a patent firm: a licensed agent files, and their fee and official fees are separate.
See the goods before you pay the balance
Independent quality check before shipment, report with photo and video. A ship or do-not-ship verdict while the money is still yours.
Move a batch from the factory to your warehouse
Negotiation and contract, production control, inspection, freight, customs clearance, delivery. One party responsible instead of five subcontractors. Freight, duties and factory payments are passed through at cost — you see the same invoices we do.
Hand over procurement entirely

How to pay. One-off checks up to €349 — by card right on the site. Shipments, inspections and procurement — by invoice and bank transfer. All prices are final: no VAT is added (§ 19 UStG, German small-business rule).
What the price does not include
This money is not paid to us. We calculate it and show you the invoices — we do not mark it up.
Paid by the importer to the state. In the Cost at your warehouse report we calculate them precisely, so the port holds no surprises.
At the carrier's rate. We book at open rates and show you the invoice.
You pay the factory directly, or through us with documented transfers. There is no hidden commission on your order.
